Appointments

If you are having a life-threatening emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.  

We will try to honor your request for prescription refills up to November 1, 2025, however, the decision to fill your prescription will be determined by the date of your last office visit and the type of medication you are requesting.  For most cases we should be able to provide a 30 or 90 day supply to allow you to make other arrangements.  All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during office hours.  Refills and authorizations for renewals are typically handled within 24 hours.

If you have an outstanding balance with our office we ask that you contact the office as soon as possible to make a payment so that we can close out the billing department in a timely manner.
